The Earthing Grounded Socks can be used anywhere you stretch, do yoga, sit, relax or sleep. The bands contain conductive silver fibers on the inside that ground the
body when the coil cord is connected to grounding system.
Materials: 80-85% Nylon, 15-20% Silver Fiber (naturally antibacterial and antimicrobial.)
Size: One size fits most as they are highly stretchable. Unisex.
Suggestions for Use: Wear these grounded socks while sitting or lying down relaxing, working, or sleeping. There are two different methods for using these socks. Step 1: Test your wall outlet with the U.S. Outlet checker to ensure it's grounded. If it is, proceed to step 2.
if it's not, then test another outlet, if you can't find a grounded outlet, you'll need to purchase a ground rod.
Step 2: Push the U.S. Safety Adapter into your grounded outlet.
Step 3: Put on the socks.
Step 4: Push the Coil Cord into the Safety adapter. Works without adapter. You can plug directly into the ground port of the outlet.
Step 5: Snap the Coil Cords onto the conductive snap on each sock.
That's it! Disconnect before moving again.
Warning! When trying to disconnect the coil cord, please use your nails and do not just pull it off. Socks are not sturdy!!! Best is to use on a mat or sleep mat without connecting with a cord.
Method 2: Touch another grounded product. (Does not require Coil Cords on the Socks)
This is a great way to be grounded while keeping your feet warm!

HAND WASH as needed with mild soap and water. You do not need to wash these socks as often as regular socks due to their naturally antimicrobial properties.
