Do you put the Sleep Mat over or under your fitted sheet?
Either! Direct skin contact is always best so placing the Sleep Mat on top of your fitted sheet is ideal. However, the Sleep Mats are designed to 100% ground you when placed under your fitted sheet as well.

Q: how do you wash this?
A: While weekly washing is recommended for our silver products, we do not recommend putting any of our carbon leatherette products in the washer. Simply wipe down as needed with a cloth dampened in warm soapy water as needed, and make sure to wipe off any residue.
